Today we had a firefighter come and read a story to us! He even let us touch his helmet :)
We are reading some interesting facts about Owen and Mzee--a very brave little hippo who was stranded on the beach after the tsunami....with no family to take care of him!
Here we are sorting blocks by their attributes!
We went on a gallery walk to see everyone's math mat for problem solving. It was interesting to see how they sorted their buttons!!!
