Good morning! I received the nicest gift (an advent calendar) from Ryken this morning. Thank you so much for thinking of me. I love it!!!
Clipboard writing! We took the reading strategies from our CAFE Menu that we thought would help us write such a risky word. The word was icicle. They had great guesses! Two groups even came up with the exact same spelling. We always ask, "Does it look right?" I always forget that I'm so used to reading kindergarten writing....and that it might not be as easy for you, as parents! Trust me...they're doing an AWESOME job.
Ordering numbers. Today, when I asked, "Do numbers have an order?"....I didn't hear a single no! YAY!!!! It's so hard not to tell them the answer.
