I have to share some pictures of some very hard workers today. We wrote our numbers and looked at which numbers were still hard for us (reversals). Here are some friends that came in, on their own, and specifically practiced those numbers. (Not everyone has reversals anymore). I really feel like our students are truly believing that they should know what is hard for them, and work on it! YAY! I hope this trait serves them well in their future years :)
When we work on 2D shapes...we talk about the lines (straight or curvy), the number of sides and points (or vertices).
