Miss Vermeulen has done some fantastic lessons about dental health and the tooth fairy...so we made beautiful tooth fairies today!
Jaxon's family made it today to celebrate his 6th birthday. Guess what else? Jaxon is a leap year baby! Try explaining that to a bunch of 5 and 6 year olds :) Haha. My first attempt ever. Not sure it really worked out so well.
They brought a much loved book for his celebration today....Where the Wild Things Are! Thank you :)
Miss Vermeulen has been doing our shared reading and this week she is reading a Jill Eggleton poem with us. We will illustrate it on Friday!
Today we started JA (Junior Achievement). We will be learning about money with Dawn Bly--our JA teacher. She did a great job yesterday. Here are some snapshots of her 'meeting and greeting' each student. I tried to get a pic of everyone.
