During our morning meeting, we did our newsbook and talked about our favorite holiday! No one said St. Patrick's Day...but we did get a lot of Easter and Christmas!
Working on how-to stories. Today we learned that we can give the reader tips or warnings...for example, in Braylee's "How to Read" story--she added, "Don't forget to be quiet when you read!"
We are starting a new unit on 3-dimensional shapes....which are not flat! We will be exploring and playing with the shapes as we begin to learn how to describe them (faces, edges, points or corners)
Max came back to Pettigrew today! He did a fabulous job today and was so brave! We can all tell he learned a lot up in Flandreau :)
Is this hard for everyone....or just me? I thought the kids would be tired, but spring ahead had quite the opposite effect in K02 yesterday :) Haha!
