We are working on word families....it is a kindergarten expectation that kids can change a sound in a word to make a new word.

We made Braylee her star student book this week. It's fun to see your kiddos improve their skill of drawing people.
We are working on building numbers in different ways with 10 frames! We do a lot of warm-ups with these.
So our read-aloud this week is, "Everyone says Shhh!" It's an old guided reading book. It's so fun to lower the old school projector screen and pretend we're at the movies. Then we act out the book. We even have a popcorn/drink girl and a ticket lady!
