Today we read, Planting a Rainbow, by Lois Ehlert. We started our own window gardens too!
Each day we'll observe our seeds and write/draw our observations!
Again....we're continuing our practice with long and short vowels. I'll be testing this soon and students are expected to know both the short and long vowel sound. I think they'll do well! Each day we practice and they're doing great!
We let our precious worms go!!! I think the teachers were getting annoyed at having worms in the teacher's lounge. Oh well! That's part of being a K teacher :) :)
