Number of the day was 11. We had to really think through how to use a 10-frame to show this number. But we got it!
Our risky word wall is filling up! Your kiddo gets to make a risky word when he or she has written a word that is hard...not a snap word. They have to stretch out words and quickly write down the sounds they think they hear. Brayden wrote 'widen' for 'wedding.' It's GREAT!

Look at this awesome math story problem. Ariana's work is neat, she's circled her answers neatly, solved it in more than one way and even showed a 10-frame. WOW!
