Happy Monday!

A few adorable samples of our thank you letters we wrote for Dawn...our Junior Achievement teacher! She is just fabulous and we love her!

Try to read this one...if you can make it out :) So sweet! I think it thanks her for teaching us about choices and chores!

We began our first try at writing opinions today....it's so fun talking with K kiddos about opinions, because they have a lot of them! Today I saw some of the cutest opinions :) It was a great first attempt! We'll be writing all kinds of things over the next few weeks..not just stories. Stay tuned!

I believe in Santa because I saw him. I mean, what other proof do you need? Haha!

We were measuring each other today...we talked about how to measure accurately and how we should line up the snap cubes.

Some of our measurements surprised us!

Will and Carter thought it was funny that Will's legs were longer, but Carter's hands were longer!

Emily and Nathan were standing up and measuring themselves back to back. When I asked what they were trying to figure out, they pointed out that they measured Emily's torso as being longer than Nathan's....but Nathan is so much taller! So we rechecked and figured out that lying down worked better!
