We played a new math game today. We used sentence strips with squares on them....and played it like Snap It! Students cover up some squares (out of 10 total) and ask how many there are. Then they ask how many are hiding. Very fun! They did really well!
We talked about different strategies. The kids mentioned that you might know the math fact or use your fingers.
