Peyton read his Piggy and Elephant book to us....all by himself!!!
Clipboard writing! Our word was think. Very interesting to see how they tried it. No one got the word family ---ink....so it's good that we're practicing it this week! You can practice --ink words at home. Just give your child a chalkboard, whiteboard, paper, etc. Have them write sink and then tell them, "Now...can you change the word sink to make it say wink?"
Building and playing with friends at choicetime :) Jaxon sure is good at making jets!
During our clipboard writing, we had another talk (of many) about the /f/, /v/ and /th/ sounds. Kids get them mixed up a lot!
Did you practice counting by 10's last night???? We're getting ready for the 100th day!!!
Nora wrote this great story about words and books (and her sister's nook). It was almost like a poem!
